Appleby’s - This is  our favourite family restaurant.  They have a large selection of different food on their menu to appeal to every palette.  The icing on the cake for us is that it is within walking distance of or villa which means that we can all have a drink without the worry of having to drive afterwards.
It is located on the corner of US27 and Sand Mine Road close to the Publix.

Sizzler's menu features a variety of quality USDA steaks as well as many other delicious foods including Burgers & Sandwiches, Chicken & Ribs, Classic Combos, Seafood and Salad Bar.  The salad bar must be one of the freshest around and with dessert and hot appetizers included you can’t go wrong.  Their steaks range from a “petite” 8 oz. Sizzler Steak to a whopping 18 oz. Porterhouse (sufficient to satisfy any appetite).

Ponderosa Steakhouse - Probably our favourite family restaurant.  It is very friendly, has excellent food and an amazing salad bar.  They serve flame grilled steaks, chicken & seafood together with an all you can eat salad bar.  There is a choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream together with strawberry or chocolate sauce, chocolate chunks and nuts - yummy!

Carrabba's Italian Grill - The delicious southern Italian menu offers house specialities including crispy calamari, chicken marsala, tender fillet, unique pasta dishes and handmade pizzas baked in their wood-burning oven. Also worth trying are their fresh fish, seafood and meats basted with special seasonings, grilled over a wood-fired grill and served with a variety of homemade sauces.

Bahama Breeze - Enjoy the unique food & flavours of the Caribbean right here in Orlando. All the food is freshly made, and served in a relaxing tropical island atmosphere. Sangam Indian Cuisine is for those of you like me that miss your curry kick when visiting Florida.  The food was without a doubt the best indian I have had in Florida.
The attentive staff pandered to our every desire. The portions were very good and when ordering we were even asked the strength of the fireyness required. How refreshing!
All the UK familiar names are there so selecting from the quite extensive menu is easy.
